Brevard Real Estate Sales are still rising here in Brevard County Florida.  451 Brevard homes sold in March an increase of 34 homes over February.  Prices are still declining around 2% per month here in Brevard County.  I have seen an increase in buyer inquiries on my web site and via all of our marketing efforts.  As prices continue to decline I see more and more buyers taking advantage of this Buyers Market.  Let's be honest the best time to buy is when prices are down and interest rates are low.  NOW is the time to buy a Brevard County home.  There are 7100 homes to choose from and interest rates are very low.  Distressed Property is everywhere to be found!
