Well it seems after a call from a local Realtor about the huge number of foreclosures in Brevard County Florida, FLA Today newspaper admited their number were not accurate and that there were way fewer than the 5600 forclosures of Brevard County Real Estate. 

None the less Brevard County Real Estate is still on the decline and we do expect to see an abnormal amount of foreclosures that will surely continue to drive prices down....

Brevard Real Estate is trying to find normal and it has not yet found it as active listings continue to rise and sales are sluggish.

Quick update today about the Brevard Real Estate Market...

We are now at 7500 single family Homes for sale here in the Brevard County MLS....

Something has to happen with the supply and demand here in the real estate market or prices will continue to slide....
